Ludogorets and Levski finished with an even 0:0 score in the derby in front of 5000 spectators at “Ludogorets Arena” stadium. That way the champions kept their 13-point lead ahead of “The Blue Team” with eight rounds to go before the final.

During the first half the game was equal with no goal situations. The referee Ivailo Stoyanov could have given a second yellow card to Dimitar Pirgov for an obvious foul against Keseru.

After the half-time Ludogorets gained strength and overplayed Levski. Claudiu Keseru, Jonathan Cafu and Junior Qiuxada all had a possible goal opportunity, but the goalkeeper Krastev did his job well.

“The Blue Team” finished the game with 10 players after Mehdi Bourabia was out in the 75th minute when he received a second yellow card.

Next Tuesday Ludogorets will accept Litex as a visiting team in the first semi-final of the Bulgarian Cup, and in the next round of the First league championship “The Eagles” will be the visiting team in the game with CSKA.
