Ante Simundza made a statement to the media today after being released as head coach of Ludogorets.

"First of all, I want to thank the owners of the club for the chance given. During the season I received all the necessary support from everyone working in Ludogorets and I really appreciate it and am grateful for that. What happened in the last few days is part of football, things don't always go the way you want them to. I wish Ludogorets all the best and I wish the team to win the cup because I believe it will happen. Once again, thank you for everything! Best regards, Ante Simundza".
