Dambrauskas: We are ready for the Champions League

The coach of Ludogorets – Valdas Dambrauskas assured fans that the team is ready for the group phase of the Champions League.

The coach of Ludogorets – Valdas Dambrauskas assured fans that the team is ready for the group phase of the Champions League. “We know what is coming in the upcoming match. We can definitely make it. Matches like the one coming next Wednesday are won with dedication and heart”, said the coach. Dambrauskas, the managing director Angel Petrichev, and the technical director Cosmin Moti, alongside the team captain Anton Nedyalkov and Kiril Despodov spoke to fans at the club base today. “I hope the “Ludogorets, Ole” song will be heard all the time at stadiums everywhere. I want to thank all of you for the support”, the coach added. He replied to each question and confirmed the team will eagerly compete for all three trophies in Bulgaria, as well as for entering the Champions League. Dambrauskas added that youth players will be slowly integrated into the first team.

The fans were encouraged to come for the Wednesday match. The club representatives were certain that the team will do their best to defeat the champion of Belarus. The meeting was part of the fan tournament won by the fan club of Popovo. The youngest team to participate received special attention – the Academy coach Milen Marinov guided them during a one-off practice session. They also received fan items and certificates from Valdas Dambrauskas.

The fan clubs of Ludogorets organized the fan tournament in collaboration with PFC Ludogorets and the referee committee in Razgrad, including the referees Mariyan Shterev, Dzhenk Tashdemir, Denis Karov, and Ivo Petrov.
