Ludogorets managed to defeat Levski. The match ended with a 1:0 score after Cauly scored in the 84th minute. The coach Genchev made a lot of changes compared to the usual team composition.
Levski played in a defensive manner and Ludogorets took the initiative. Manu created the first goal situation and sent the ball near the woodwork. Levski almost scored in the 40th minute when Raikov passed the ball to Roberta who sent it out. The following counter-attack resulted in another goal situation saved by the gatekeeper Mihailov.
The second half was more dynamic and both teams followed their strategies. Mitkov almost scored in the 54th minute but he sent the ball out. Nedyalkov passed to Yankov in the 66th minute and the midfielder tried to score but Mihaylov saved again. Santana got in control of the ball after that but he sent it above the crossbar. Mohamed tried to pass to Roberta in the 79th minute but Terziev intervened and sent the ball out. Ludogorets eventually scored when Cauly took advantage of the delay caused by Naydenov.
