Due to the coronavirus restrictions in the country and the ban on sports events with audience, including the Europa League matches. This is why PFC Ludogorets will refund the money fans paid for the package deal tickets.

The refund procedure started on November 19^th at the ticket point on Vassil Levski Str. Everyone who bought a ticket for both matches needs to bring their receipt alongside the tickets in order to be fully refunded.

This is the refund procedure order created to avoid a mass gathering in front of the ticket point.

- Subscription cardholders will be able to receive refund on November 19^th and 20^th;

- Fans who bought tickets for the V sector will receive their refund on November 23^rd and 24^th;

- Fans who bought tickets for the B sector (Moti Stand) will receive their refund on November 25^th and 26^th;

- Fans who bought tickets for the A, A1, and G sectors, will receive their refund on November 27^th and 30^th

The ticket point will be open between 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

The club would like to ask everyone to follow the schedule and guarantees that everyone who brings their receipt will receive a full refund.

Because of the latest Ministry of Health orders issued on October 27^th, all football matches in Bulgaria will not be open for attendance. PFC Ludogorets would like to announce that those who have already bought tickets for the Europa League J group will be refunded. Around 1,500 tickets have already been purchased for the game against Tottenham. The fans will be notified about the way they will get their money back.

PFC Ludogorets will sadly not be able to count on the fans’ support during the upcoming matches but public health and minimizing the risks of spreading coronavirus is more important.

The package deal tickets for all three J group matches in Razgrad are already available and fans show great interest in the offer. The package deal on tickets starts on Wednesday (October 14^th).

The tickets will only be available at the ticket point at Vassil Levski Str. These are the home games: Ludogorets vs Royal Antwerp (October 22^nd, 10:00 PM); Ludogorets vs Tottenham (November 5^th); Ludogorets vs LASK (December 10^th, 10:00 PM)

No more than 30% of the stadium capacity will be used for all three matches according to UEFA regulations.

Important note! We would like to remind you that only subscription cardholders will be allowed to buy package deal tickets on October 14^th and 15^th. Every person can buy up to two tickets.

PFC Ludogorets would like to remind everyone that all Europa League and efbet League matches require an ID card. Minor can enter with a signed declaration and an adult companion. Declarations are available at the ticket point on Vassil Levski Str.

The cash desk will be open between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
