Ludogorets performed great and defeated 1:0 CSKA-Sofia in the First league derby. Wanderson scored the winning goal in the 21st minute. The champions had a total domination and they were definitely the better team. The goal was the least that Ludogorets could do, because Misidjan and Keseru had their chances to score.

The home team began the game with a strong pace and they created the first situation in the 12th minute, when Campanharo stole the ball from Pereira and Bodurov was forced to foul him in front of the penalty zone.

Ludogorets took the whole initiative in the game and Misidjan was able to create a situation by kicking the ball really hard. Unfortunately for him, Maurides diverted it into a corner with his head. CSKA-Sofia won a corner and Pereira kicked the ball, sending it close to the left gate beam. In the 21st minute Ludogorets was finally able to score. Natanael passed to Wanderson and he attempted a shot, but the ball made a ricochet in the keeper’s body. However, Wanderson chased it and was able to repeat his attempt, which resulted in a goal.

The home team had the chance to add a second goal just five minutes after the second half began. Misidjan and Marcelinho passed the ball between them, after which Marcelinho tried to score, but he rushed things a bit and the keeper saved. Cicinho passed to Wanderson in the 57th minute. The Brazilian was alone against the keeper, but he let him save the situation very easy. Seconds later Natanael decided to try and score, but the ball went above the crossbar. Ludogorets allowed another miss in the 64th minute. Misidjan passed to Keseru who tried to score from a close distance, but the keeper saved again. CSKA-Sofia created a dangerous situation in the 77th minute. Tiago kicked the ball from the foul point and sent it directly into the crossbar. The guest team decided to choose the defensive manner, but they also created a dangerous commotion in the last few seconds. Maurides kicked the ball, but his attempt was blocked by the defender Nedyalkov.
