Yesterday, at Hristo Botev Stadium, the first match from Group B2 of the European qualifiers between the Bulgaria U17 National Team and Azerbaijan was played.
The young talent from Ludogorets Razgrad, Timur Mustafa, scored a goal against Azerbaijan in the 30th minute to make it 1:0, but in the 39th minute the visitors equalized from a penalty.
Towards the end of the match, Timur Mustafa came close to scoring a second goal, but the ball did not find the target.
The match ended 1:1, with the other two Ludogorets youth players, Aleksandar Panayotov and Yastian Georgiev, also playing throughout the game.
On March 27, the young “Lions” will face Malta.
