Ludogorets earn their second win of the day

Ludogorets secured their second victory of the day with a 1–0 win over Albanian side Teuta at Hristo Botev Stadium in Blagoevgrad. Earlier in the day, the Eagles defeated Septemvri (Sofia) by the same scoreline.

The winning goal came in the 67th minute, when Alberto Salido was sent through one-on-one with the goalkeeper by a superb pass from Filip Kaloc. The Spanish striker calmly slotted the ball into the net, continuing his impressive scoring form in the summer friendlies.

Ludogorets dominated the match from start to finish and could have scored more before halftime. Bernard Tekpetey and Ivaylo Chochev came closest to adding another goal.

The fourteen-time Bulgarian champions conclude their pre-season training camp with two wins and one draw. The Eagles beat both Septemvri (Sofia) and Teuta 1–0, while a few days earlier they drew 2–2 with Romanian side Botosani.

Ludogorets' first official match of the season will be on July 18, when they host Lokomotiv Plovdiv at Huvepharma Arena in a Bulgarian league fixture.
