Ludogorets’ third team recorded a classic 3:0 victory over Romanian side FCSB. The youth squad of the “Eagles” earned the win during their second summer training camp, held at home in Razgrad.
Elisey Sarov scored twice for Ludogorets III, while Can Niyazi added a superb strike to complete the scoring against the visitors from Romania.
“The boys did well. With each friendly, they look better on the pitch and are starting to understand what I want from them. Their physical endurance is improving too,” commented Ludogorets III head coach Hristo Zlatinov after the final whistle.
During their summer preparations, Zlatinov’s squad is set to play three more friendlies. Next Saturday, the young Eagles will once again face FCSB. On August 2, they will play another friendly against Akademik (Svishtov), and they will wrap up their camp on August 9 with a match against the Spartak (Varna) reserves.
