Ludogorets devastated Pirin

Ludogorets defeated 4:0 Pirin in Blagoevgrad. The first half ended with no goals scored.

Ludogorets defeated 4:0 Pirin in Blagoevgrad. The first half ended with no goals scored. The home team was more active and Bengyuzov tried to score in the 4th minute. Hubchev did the same, as well as Shokolarov. The latter almost scored, but Sluga saved.

The guest team demanded a penalty kick in the 14th minute because Zanev held back Tekpetey. The referee denied this. Sluga failed to take control of the ball in the 22nd minute and did not return it to Karnicnik and it went into a corner. Despodov tried to score after that from the foul point but failed to score.

Ludogorets took the lead in the 50th minute when Terziev scored with his head after he received the ball from Despodov. Seconds later, Tsonev almost evened the score seconds later, but Plastun performed a split and cleared the situation that was going to result in a goal.

Despodov kicked the ball from a corner in the 64th minute, Karnicnik diverted the ball, and Takahashi sent the ball into his own gate, making the score 2:0.

15 minutes before the end, Jonathan was injured and Jorginho replaced him. The third goal happened in the 79th minute. Tissera received the ball from Despodov and scored. The final goal was scored by Jorginho. He took advantage of Tiago’s excellent pass and outplayed the gatekeeper.
