Tekpetey and Verdon had chances to score as soon as the match began. Atanasov tried to score as well, but Kahlina saved in the 41st minute.
Ludogorets took the lead in the 56th minute when Sá scored from the penalty point. Sotiriou added the second goal in the 66th minute. Despodov almost scored in the 74th minute but the ball was kicked out.
Santana added the third goal ten minutes before the end. Despodov shaped the final score when Badji passed the ball to him.
