Pavel Vrba: We are ready to stand against Royal Antwerp

The head coach of Ludogorets Pavel Vrba is certain that his team will perform better in tomorrow’s match compared to the previous one (the Ludogorets – Tsarsko Selo match ended with a 1:1 score).

Ludogorets will begin their series of Europa League matches with the match against Royal Antwerp at Huvepharma Arena stadium.

“The last match was not a great one. The team composition will be different now. We had players who needed to join their national football teams and others who were injured. Some had a rough schedule and they had to take a break. I expect us to be the better team tomorrow”, said Vrba.

“I think that no team can be comfortable while competing in the European tournaments’ group phases. There is always tension and the first match is crucial. The first result is important and this is why it is important that our first match is a home one. We have a couple of players for each position on the pitch. We can also replace Nedyalkov if he will not be available. He feels good and will probably join the team tomorrow”, the coach added.
