The coach of Ludogorets Stanislav Genchev is feeling optimistic prior to the game against Espanyol tomorrow.
‘It is always nice to have two wins before such a game. We are the home team, the stadium will be full and we have a lot of confidence in us. I hope the players show what they are capable of’, said Genchev during the press conference. ‘We have a big responsibility and everyone expects us to qualify. Espanyol is the most inconvenient competitor we could have had because they are better than CSKA Moscow and Ferencvaros’, Genchev added.
He is certain that the players are well aware of just how serious the situation is.
‘The team is ready. We are all excited about the European games. The one tomorrow is really important considering how good of a team they are. We need to give our best in order to win. Our competitor has a new coach and their style changed. We could only guess their tactic tomorrow. Their manner is typical for Spain – a lot of passes and control over the ball. We need to work against that’, the coach added.
‘We always play for the win and every point won counts. I only think about the upcoming game and I don’t care about breaking records’, Genchev said.
The coach will not be able to include Keseru and Goralski due to injuries.
Moti also took part in the press conference. He is confident in his teammates.
‘We will play with zero stress and fear. We can win this game if we are serious enough. Everyone will give their best’, Moti promised.
