Another stage of the ‘Changing lives through Football’ staff exchange took place in Rotterdam.

Another stage of the ‘Changing lives through Football’ staff exchange took place in Rotterdam. The local team Feyenoord hosted the event. PFC Ludogorets was represented by the marketing director Anna Pencheva and the head scout of the Ludogorets Academy Valentin Stanchev. Other famous European clubs also took part in the event, such as Inter, Aberdeen, Southampton, Gent, Legia and KAS Eupen.

The three days of the event were full of presentations, the main accent of which was working with children and youth players and teaching them to lead an active way of life through the successful methods football clubs use.

PFC Ludogorets introduced the #LiveFriendship project which stands for all the social activities of the club which range from regional to international and include:

- The international tournaments which lead to long-term relationships between clubs;

- The social event called the ‘Aurubis Training Camp’ which gives children from all over Bulgaria the opportunity to feel what it is like to play for the champions’ club and to spend a week in training under the guidance of the Ludogorets Academy coaches;

- Different other activities involving the youth in Razgrad.

All these projects were highly valued and applauded by the other clubs’ representatives.

The ‘Changing lives through Football’ staff exchange aims at creating new methods for using football as a tool for social development.
