Ludogorets impressed Europe after defeating Ferencvaros and now they achieved another success. The team defeated Levski with a classy performance and a 2:0 score. Tchibota scored the first goal in the 15th minute with a scissor kick and Keseru added the second one in the 80th minute.
The coach Stanislav Genchev hoped that Cicinho and Lukoki would be ready for the game but they were not. Wanderson, Forster and Anicet took a break after the game against Ferencvaros.
Levski were more active in the beginning. Nascimento missed when Paulinho sent him the ball. Nedyalkov sent the ball above the crossbar after that. Iliev was able to save in the 14th minute despite Milanov’s good attempt to score. Tchibota scored seconds after that.
The guest team missed a good situation when Raynov tried to score with his head in the 17th minute. Tiam fouled Jorginho in the 29th minute. Later, Tchibota sent the ball above Levski’s gate.
Levski created a nice attack in the end of the first half but it ended with a corner kick. Iliev had no trouble saving Tiam’s goal attempt.
The first goal situation Levski created after the second half began was in the 52nd minute. Nascimento kicked the ball from the corner and Eyjolfsson was dangerously close to the gate, but a Ludogorets defender stopped him. Roberta almost scored in the 68th minute but the ball went out.
Ludogorets controlled the action all the way until the end of the game. Keseru was able to score after a really well-played situation. This is how he showed his high class once again.
