Three football players from Ludogorets U17 received call-ups to join the junior national team of Bulgaria under 17 years of age for participation in an elite round in Romania. These are Filip Gigov, Kaloyan Bozhkov and Plamen Penev.

Filip Gigov is captain and top scorer of the Ludogorets U17 Elite Team, led by head coach Martin Tsirkov. The successful and effective striker was born in 2007.

Kaloyan Bozhkov played in the ranks of the Eagles until the age of 17 in the position of midfielder. He and Plamen Penev are a year younger than their teammates, they were born in 2008.

Plamen Penev recorded playing minutes as the goalkeeper of Ludogorets U16, with whom the team trains. This did not prevent his winter training from joining the ranks of Ludogorets U17.

The program in the elite round in Romania foresees three football matches, which will be played in an interval of 6 days. On March 20, Bulgaria U17 will face Sweden U17. The match between Bulgaria U17 and Romania U17 is scheduled for March 23. The gamen between Bulgaria U17 and Wales U17 will take place on March 26.
