PFC Ludogorets has appointed Silvia Radoyska as Director of "Girls' and Women's Football." With this strategic decision, the club reaffirms its ambition to develop women's football at the highest level.

Silvia Radoyska is undoubtedly one of the most prominent figures in the history of Bulgarian women's football. As a player, she had an impressive career — she wore the jersey of Spain's Sporting Huelva, and in Bulgaria, she won 18 championship titles with the teams LP Supersport and NSA, making her the most decorated female footballer in the country. She was a long-time national player and captain of the women's national team, which she has led as head coach since 2020.

Currently, Radoyska is preparing for her UEFA Pro License and has completed specialized courses with FIFA and UEFA focused on women’s football and sports structure management.

“It is an honor and a pleasure for me to work at a professional level. This is a serious challenge, and I hope to meet the expectations and the trust placed in me by PFC Ludogorets,” Radoyska shared.

The newly appointed director will begin her work today, as Ludogorets' women's team faces the Puldin team in an official match.
