The professionalism and excellent work at the Ludogorets Academy received yet another well-deserved recognition. A total of 11 talents of the Champions were called up to the junior national teams of Bulgaria in the different age groups. Another 6 young people of the Eagles found a place in the pro-national team under 15 years old.
Filip Gigov and Petar Kirev received call-ups for the under 19 Bulgarian team. Ludogorets talents and their teammates will take part in friendly matches in Greece.
Goalkeeper Plamen Penev, right defender Chris Ivanov and offensive midfielder Kaloyan Bozhkov have been called up to the national youth team under 17 years of age. The young people of Ludogorets and other national teams will prepare for a training camp in Germany.
Goalkeeper Alexander Panayotov, fullback Todor Iliev, central defender Viktor Ivanov, offensive midfielder Nikolay Popov and wingers Cem Andonov and Preslav Stoykov have been called up for the "lion cubs" under 15 years of age. The boys will be on a training camp at the Boyana National Football Base and will play two friendly matches with Montenegro.
Defenders Alexander Nikolaev and Simeon Lalev, offensive midfielder Yastiyan Georgiev, winger Petar Klyavkov and strikers Veselin Georgiev and Timur Mustafa were called up for the training camp of the draft national team under 15 years of age.
