Ludogorets U18 won for the fourth time the right to represent Bulgaria in the Youth Champions League. The team won the BFS Junior Senior Cup. Talents led by Zahari Sirakov beat CSKA 1948 3-0 in the tournament final. The match was played today at the "Ivaylo" stadium in Veliko Tarnovo. Ludogorets played very strong and did not leave any doubt as to who was the better team. In addition to the beautiful goals in the goal of the capital team, the talents made a number of great attacks and combinations, which miraculously did not end in a goal.
Ludogorets had a chance to open as early as the 11th minute, but the opponent's guard managed to take out a dangerous shot by Nikola Todorov from the edge of the penalty area. In the 14th minute, a quick counterattack by the Eagles ended with a lead pass by Petar Kirev, and Konstantin Dimitrov intercepted right from the move and opened the score. In the 22nd minute, an action by the residents of Razgrad caused a stir in the penalty area of CSKA-1948. In the 28th minute, Simeon Shishkov shot dangerously from a direct free kick, but the goalkeeper of the capital managed to save. In the 32nd minute, however, he capitulated for the second time. Konstantin Dimitrov intercepted a pass back to a defender in red, dribbled and sent the ball into the net for 2:0. The first half ended with this result. Sirakov's boys totally outplayed their rivals and missed a far more significant lead.
The second half started with a shot by Petar Kirev, but the CSKA 1948 guard managed to save. In the 61st minute, Kirev again broke into the penalty area and when trying to stop him, a defender deflected at the feet of Alexander Marinov, who coolly made it 3:0. Until the end, Ludogorets kept full control over the match and did not allow any danger to Umut Habil.
