PFC Ludogorets expresses its thanks to the colleagues from Rozova Dolina, the management of the Kazanlak Municipality and the local police for the efforts in organizing yesterday's match at the Sevtopolis stadium. We congratulate the boys of Rozova dolina for their manly and dignified performance and wish them well in pursuing their championship goals.
We are glad that the visit of Ludogorets to Kazanlak caused such great interest among the local supporters. But we cannot remain indifferent to the manifestations of racism towards our players by provocateurs with fan attributes of our opponent in the championship, some of whom were detained by the police. We regret that, hidden among the peaceful people of the stadium in Kazanlak, they managed to show their true colors and spoil the football celebration. Fortunately, however, such "fans" are few. We are happy that hundreds of children and supporters from Kazanlak and the region were able to take pictures with their favourites from Ludogorets, as well as with the legend Cosmin Moti before and after the match.
PFC Ludogorets firmly stands behind its players and supports Bernard Tekpetey in his fight against racism. We strongly condemn such intolerant manifestations which do not correspond to the values of modern society.
For 12 years now, Ludogorets has proven that it does not differentiate between ethnic and religious affiliation and makes tremendous efforts to make everyone feel at ease at the Huvepharma Arena stadium, regardless of their skin color and ethnicity.
