Kiril Despodov is the #1 Bulgarian player for 2021
Despodov won the #1 place in the 2021 “Player of the Year” competition.
Despodov won the #1 place in the 2021 “Player of the Year” competition. The scorer had 203 points in advance ahead of the second player in the rating, Martin Kamburov. Despodov’s year was filled with achievements. The player won the championship title, The Bulgarian Supercup, and the qualifications for the Champions League and the Europa League added to the successful year.
Ludogorets’ head medic, Dr. Valentin Velikov, received the “Lion’s Heart” award for his determination and reaction related to the incident with Kristijan Eriksen during the Euro 2020 match between Finland and Denmark.
