The Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) provided modern emergency medical bags for Ludogorets and the other national teams that will participate in the European club tournaments. The campaign has been introduced by the president Borislav Mihaylov and the goal is for the union to show support to the Bulgarian professional football clubs in compliance with the strict UEFA regulations which are essential in order to prevent any emergencies in football.

The head medic of the national football team Dr. Biser Bochev, who is also a member of the UEFA medical committee, revealed some details about the state-of-the-art equipment and announced that there will be a training seminar hosted by UEFA for all the medics of the Bulgarian professional clubs, which is scheduled for November. The event will take place in the House of football and its main topic will be ‘Emergency situations in football medicine’.
