The Ludogorets coach shared his expectations regarding the Malmo match.
“I expect a tactical fight because this is the level these days. I know the competitor and it will be interesting to see their tactic”.
"Everyone is available and nobody is injured. The players are relaxed and had the chance to rest”.
"We do not play typical Bulgarian football. We have international players and we create our own style. We are confident that we are ready to reveal our potential”.
"Malmo is well organized and they are confident. I think that the team deserves to go this far”.
"We have six or seven attacking players. I find it challenging to create the best composition. I think we will miss Despodov tomorrow but we need to compensate for his absence. The replacement players have the chance to shine in such moments”.
"We don’t need tension. We have won our silver and now we aim for the gold. There are high risks but we don’t need to fear failure”.
Ludogorets’ gatekeeper – Kristijan Kahlina, shared his thoughts on the Malmo match tomorrow. He approved of the pressing qualities of the competitor but said that Ludogorets was absolutely ready for this match.
“They are a great team and have the ability to press the competitor. We have prepared as we should and there are interesting matches coming our way”.
The official training session of Ludogorets in Malmo took place under pouring rain. The event lasted a full hour and Despodov took part in it despite the fact he will not play due to a penalty.
