Ludogorets achieved a classic win against Shamrock

Ludogorets is now closer to the III qualification round of the Champions League. The champions defeated 3:0 Shamrock Rovers in front of 5,000 spectators in Razgrad. The Eagles dominated the first half and had the chance to score more goals. Sotiriou scored a couple of goals in just ten minutes (25^th and 35^th). Shamrock’s gatekeeper did a great job and saved what was about to be a perfect goal by Cauly. Meanwhile, the champions argued about the right to a penalty kick.

Tiago added the final goal in the last minutes of the match. Despodov passed the ball to him and after the gatekeeper kicked the ball back, Tiago scored easily.

The rematch is scheduled for next week in Dublin.
