Ludogorets awarded the best Academy players during the 2020/2021 season. This happened between the Ludogorets – Lokomotiv halftime.
Damyan Hristov was awarded the best gatekeeper born in 2002. He is part of the Ludogorets U19 formation. The CEO of the club – Temenuga Gazdova, personally gave the award to the keepers’ coach Dobrin Dobrev.
Georgi Karaivanov born in 2005 was pronounced the best defender. The Academy coach Hristo Gospodinov received the award on his behalf. The ex-Ludogorets coach Georgi Dermendzhiev gave the award.
Dzhaner Sadetinov received the best midfielder award from Ivaylo Petev.
Petar Kirev won the best playmaker award but he was busy with the Bulgarian national football team. Toni Zdravkov
Filip Gigov, born in 2007, received the top scorer award. The coach Emiliyan Petrov received his award from Georgi Karamandzhukov.
Dimitar Ivanov, born in 2004, was selected as the most useful player. The club president Alexandar Alexandrov awarded the player.
Iliyan Gatinski received the award for the most prospective player born in 2008. The Academy director Radoslav Komitov awarded him.
