Ludogorets’ captain – Svetoslav Dyakov gave an interview for the club website. He discussed different topics.
“My injury is in the past. I am ready to help the team in the CSKA-Sofia match. I hope we will be well prepared for the tournament matches. We want to win the Bulgarian Cup this year as well”.
“Dambrauskas will implement his ideas over time and we will become a better team. I like his style. We have a bright future ahead of us with him guiding us. The team is still far from winning the 10th title. I hope we have lots of luck, too. We need to not underestimate anyone. We need to keep up the pace until the championship ends”, Dyakov said.
He is convinced that the team will perform great in the European tournaments. “I believe Ludogorets will reach the Champions League and this should be our primary goal. We need to strive for Europa League as well”.
Dyakov is not going to end his career. “This will not be my last year as a player. I hope I do not suffer from injuries again”, said Dyakov.
