Food packets containing products needed for every household were donated to people in need living in the Razgrad region. PFC Ludogorets and Biovet organized the donation after the owners Kiril Domuschiev and Georgi Domuschiev suggested the idea. This was the first of two charity events worth 250,000 leva in total. The mayors of Razgrad, Isperih, Kubrat, Loznitsa, Zavet, and Tsar Kaloyan accepted their parts of the donation personally at "Huvepharma Arena" stadium in the presence of the Biovet general manager – Temenuga Gazdova, the managing director of Ludogorets Angel Petrichev, and the team captain Svetoslav Dyakov. The social services in all the above-mentioned towns will take care of the distribution of the products. These were the towns that were affected by the COVID-19 crisis the most. Those who are unemployed or retired and the people with low income, as well as families with more than two children, will receive packages containing salamis, cheese, yellow cheese, flour, sugar, sunflower oil, pasta, laundry detergent, safety masks, and other products. The donation is part of the social service initiative created by Biovet and PFC Ludogorets.
“The people in our region have been through a lot of merry moments alongside the tram during the last years. In challenging times like these, we want to make sure they know they could count on us. We need to be socially responsible and to help those suffering the most in a time of crisis. We hope that our collective effort will help overcome the pandemic aftermath and my appeal to all businessmen from the region to join our cause and help those in need”, said Mr. Kiril Domuschiev.
