Claudiu Keseru is the best Ludogorets player for 2018. The fans chose him after placing their vote in the rating organized by Green Front. The Romanian scorer was awarded during a special ceremony in Razgrad.
‘This award is not only for myself; it is an appreciation for the effort the whole team makes and for all the fans, too’, said Keseru. He was also chosen as the most determined player and the best attacker.
Marcelinho is second in the rating and Lukoki is third overall, but he also won the the ‘Best midfielder’ prize.
The fans chose Radoslav Komitov as the best coach. Komitov is currently the Ludogorets Academy director. Natanael was awarded as the best defender while Renan was chosen to be the best keeper. Anton Nedyalkov was awarded as the best new recruit and Dominik Yankov was chosen to be the most promising young talent.
Vladislav Stoyanov, who is still recovering from his injury, won the ‘Iron Eagle’ prize. ‘Green Heart’ badges were given to the team captain Svetoslav Dyakov, the manager of Agrospecter 2000 Bozhinel Hristov and the Green Front 09 fan club manager Svetlan Ivanov. The managing director of the club also received an award.
All Ludogorets players received certificates from the organizers and their wives received small containers filled with Bulgarian rose oil.
The total of 3,030 BGN collected during the event will be donated to the local dog pound.
