Due to the recent media information about the trial against Virgil Misidjan, currently a player of PFC Ludogorets, we would like to remind that the judicial proceeding is not concluded and there is no court decision yet. This means that all kinds of interpretations about this case would be incorrect. We have to consider the fact that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Therefore we would like to ask everyone to wait for the final court decision before making any conclusions and comments.
Virgil Misidjan commented about the case: ‘I do not accept the initial court decision from yesterday. We will take matters to the next instance and we will wait for the final decision. Until this happens I will continue to be entirely focus on my professional responsibilities involving football’.
