Ludogorets won 3:1 against Slavia in a match of the 25th round of A group. The game took place at Ludogorets Arena in Razgrad and the home team claimed a comprehensive win.
The three points mean The Eagles have already 51 points in the table as the team is fifteen points clear ahead of the second placed Levski, which have a game in hand though.
Despite being without their captain Svetlyo Dyakov, Georgi Dermendzhiev’s boys came up to meet the expectations. Cafu opened the score for the home team in the 37th minute and seconds just before half-time Wanderson scored the second for The Eagles. Moti added a third after converting a penalty shot in the 64th minute and Mukanza scored an honorable goal for the visitors in the 75th minute.
In the last seconds of the game a goal by Quihada was not allowed due to a non-existent offside.
This was the ninth consecutive win for The Eagles as the team is reborn under the management of Georgi Dermendzhiev.
