Ludogorets ladies took the first medal during the international tournament Puldin Cup

The girls of the Ludogorets under 13 won their first medal since wearing the Green team. They took third place at the strong international tournament Puldin Cup. The football competition for girls up to 17 years was held on the first weekend of February in Plovdiv, organized by the local women's football club of the same name.

10 teams from all over the country took part in the tournament, including the record entry and a team from Serbia. The girls from the Ludogorets team competed in 5 matches, in which they recorded 3 wins and 2 losses. Among the participants were Dunav (Ruse), Slavia (Sofia), Sevlievo. Decisive for the final ranking of the Eagles turned out to be the heart-breaking final against CSKA-Sofia, won by the Greens girls after penalties.

"Participating helped us set the clock on how far we have come in preparation. We recorded a good performance, but there is more to work on", commented the head coach of the girls under 13 of Ludogorets - Elena Peeva.
