Kiril Despodov was pronounced the best player of the historic match between Ludogorets and Beroe. 24-year old Despodov shared his thoughts after the win.
“It feels amazing to win the title. I am very happy and we were all excited to become champions. We had tough moments and tension but the competitors allowed mistakes and we took advantage of that”.
VAR is something I am familiar with. I played in the best way I could and waited for the final decision. It is important for me to pass the ball when someone is in a better position than me. We need to leave our egos behind and work for the win”.
