Pavel Vrba: We have a tactical match ahead of us

The head coach of Ludogorets – Pavel Vrba spoke at an online press conference prior to the Buducnost vs Ludogorets match. Here is what he said.

“I think that we showed we are good in the last home game. I know Buducnost plays in an attacking mode in most of the time. This match will be tactical, I believe. Both teams will give their best to score. Wanderson is injured and so is Terziev. I think we have enough players to make it but we will miss them”, he said.

“Terziev’s injury is more complicated than we thought. He will be out of the pitch for up to a month. We will try to add a new player to the team if we have the chance to. You know we have players to replace Terziev but we will look for another option, too. Our competitors were not very active in the past months. We watched their official matches and we have respect for them. I expect this to be a tough match that will be decided by the players’ qualities. I think we will continue ahead”, he added.

“Keseru and Jorginho are out of quarantine and we can count on them. I am not sure about the coronavirus situation in Montenegro. We took all necessary precautions to keep the players safe. We are here to win the match”, Vrba also said.

“We will not have a rematch and we need to win. Both teams would like to win and continue ahead. I will be happy to see the new players adapting fast. I think a few players showed in the last game that their performance will be of great significance for Ludogorets’ future. Elvis Manu is training on an individual regime for now. He will join the team when he is ready”, Vrba concluded.
