Ludogorets won against Pirin 2-0 in Blagoevgrad after a strong second half and are on schedule in their title defense. The Eagles now have 10 consecutive wins in the championship. Already at the beginning, the meeting was interrupted for about 10 minutes due to military smoke, which the hosts activated. This seemed to upset the rhythm of the game and for a long time there were no real scoring chances. However, in the 35th minute, Todor Nedelev executed a good direct free kick, which went over the goal. Nedelev then made a wonderful pass to Son, whose shot was deflected by Kovalev.

In the 52nd minute, Jugo Comano came into a very clean position, but Sergio Padt intervened decisively. Just 6 minutes later, Ludogorets took the lead. Rick broke well from the left, and in his attempt to clear the ball, Nikolay Bodurov scored an own goal. After that, Donchev could have equalized, but he didn't hit a good shot.

In the 74th minute, Pedro Naressi made it 2:0. He received a great back-heel pass from Rwan and had no trouble scoring.
