Ludogorets introduced the new player Higinio Marin who came from the Spanish Numancia.
“I have great ambitions. I want to score many goals for the team. I wish I will be able to help the team reach the desired success”, the player said. “Since day one, I’ve been shown around Razgrad and all teammates are treating me great. They help me every day and I see a strong team formation. There are new players as well. When we all get to know each other, the team will perform even better”, he added. “I trained individually at first but now I am training with the rest. I understand the coach’s ideas. He works hard and guides us well. He knows how we should behave. I watched Ludogorets play in Europe and I know the team’s style. Bulgarian football is different compared to Spanish but it all comes down to the same things. I will try to earn the coach’s trust once I get used to being here”, Marin added.
“We chose Marin because we believe his qualities will benefit our performance. We have seen him play in Spain and he will contribute for increasing our strength”, said the coach Pavel Vrba. “I like Spanish football. Marin is the kind of player we need. The sports director is in charge of the transfers and the process had to be extended due to the coronavirus outbreak. We will see what happens in Europe after which we could have new additions. The fans and the management don’t like it when we don’t win a match. The team changes and new players arrive. Now, we need to defeat Slavia and we are under pressure. Tawatha had some trouble after yesterday’s practice and Keseru and Jorginho are still under quarantine. They will return to training if tested negative. Wanderson and Iliev are injured. We don’t show the results we are supposed to. There is no tension between the players. We’ve discussed a few things, that’s it. We have to defeat Buducnost as well. If we succeed in the next two matches, everything is possible after that”, the Czech added.
