Babaliev scored the first goal in the 18th minute after a good counter attack. Stefan Slavov’s players had two more chances to score by the end of the first half but Babaliev and Yanakiev failed to score. Steaua made the score even just before the half time.
Both teams were equally active during the second half but there were no real goal situations.
