Ludogorets and Trabzonspor have successfully finalized the negotiations for Thomas Reis’ transfer to the Turkish giant. The surprising offer arrived on Tuesday, and after lengthy talks regarding compensation, Ludogorets allowed the German specialist to leave for Trabzon. The club’s management agreed to enter negotiations with Trabzonspor considering the upcoming long break and the sufficient time to find a new head coach. Thomas Reis also expressed his strong desire to take the opportunity to coach world stars like Mohamed Salah, Fabinho, and Andre Onana.
Ludogorets, which in recent years has made impressive player transfers, has for the first time negotiated the transfer of its coach to another team for a solid compensation. This once again shows that the club attracts not only excellent players but also outstanding coaches.
Currently, the team’s players are on a break and will resume training on September 24th. Until then, Ludogorets will negotiate the appointment of a new manager.
