Ludogorets continues to develop its structure by opening a new office in Sofia, which will serve as the main base for the club's scouting committee. The modern workspace was inaugurated at a special ceremony attended by one of the club’s owners, Georgi Domuschiev, Chairwoman of the Board Temenuga Gazdova, President Alexander Alexandrov, CEO Angel Petrichev, and Sporting Director Georgi Karamandzhukov.
The scouting committee, led by Georgi Karamandzhukov, will now have access to state-of-the-art working conditions. While the champion's scouts travel thousands of kilometers around the world every year, the most important and final negotiations for player signings take place in Sofia. The new office will allow these processes to be carried out even more successfully and professionally.
Over the past 15 years, Ludogorets has built the best sports and technical team in Bulgaria, responsible for a number of successful incoming and outgoing transfers. Thanks to the professional work of the scouting department, the club has generated tens of millions of euros in revenue through the sale of players to Europe and South America.
