The first goal for the champions came from Erick Bile in the 36th minute, who left Svetoslav Vutsov with no chance after a powerful shot. Shortly after, Jakub Piotrowski received a red card, meaning he will miss the final against CSKA next Thursday.
Levski managed a comeback in the second half, with long-range goals from Oliver Kamdem and Javad El Jemili.
Despite being down to 10 men, Ludogorets didn’t give up. In the 77th minute, Ivaylo Chochev scored a spectacular goal with an impressive strike from midfield.
