Ludogorets kicked off the new semi-season with a bang. The team easily defeated 6:0 Etar.

Ludogorets kicked off the new semi-season with a bang. The team easily defeated 6:0 Etar. The guest team was a player short after the gatekeeper Ivanov received a red card in the 24th minute.

Dambrauskas could not count on Sa because of a penalty, as well as on the injured Santana, Manu, Wanderson, and Marin.

The champions kept the pace high from the start. Despodov almost scored as soon as the game began and Dyakov passed the ball to him again seconds later but he let it reach Nedalkov who then passed it to Keseru. The Romanian did not miss the gate and scored. Badji and Despodov missed a couple of situations minutes later.

The guest team tried to score when Knezhevic kicked the ball but Renan saved. Tekpetey tried to score minutes later but the keeper Ivanov played with his hand outside the penalty zone, thus he left the pitch. The coach Tomas replaced Knezhevic with Gospodinov. Dyakov passed the ball to Ikoko in the 36th minute who sent it to Keseru. The scorer added a second goal. This was not all. Despodov created an attack in the 40th minute and Krachunov scored an own goal as a result. Nedyalkov passed the ball to Keseru seconds later who shaped his hat trick in this game, making the score 4:0.

Despodov passed the ball to Keseru once again in the 51st minute and the scorer added his fourth goal in this match. Tchibota passed to Despodov in the 60th minute but he missed the gate. Cauly added the final goal in the added time, leaving no chance for Gospodinov to save.
