Dambrauskas: We did what we had to and now it’s time to improve

The coach of Ludogorets shared his thoughts after the win over CSKA.

The coach of Ludogorets shared his thoughts after the 1:0 win over CSKA.

“In England, they say this is a game with a six-point stake. I don’t think the next matches are less important. We did our job and now we must improve. There are many challenges ahead and we need to not focus on this emotional win”.

“I think it was a two-stage match. We played as we wanted in the first half but we changed things in the second one. We set up the attack zones we wanted. We did not manage to add the second goal. I think we needed more control overall”.

“I believe in my players. You need to give them time. Ideas cannot be turned into a reality in a single month. It takes time, there is no need to panic. We need to improve and to work harder”, the specialist concluded.
