Ludogorets also announced their first new signing - goalkeeper Hendrik Bonmann, who arrives as a free agent and previously played for Borussia Dortmund's backup team, breaking into the first team group a few times but not making his debut.

"My main goal is to play as many games as possible. I will talk to the coach to see how I can be most helpful. I want us to enter the Champions League", were the first words of the German. "I don't know much about Bulgarian football. I spoke with Vladimir Nikolov from Slavia. He told me it's not easy here. Every match we have to work hard. I have come to help fulfill our goals," he added. "The sporting director asked me if I was ready to become a champion and enter the Champions League. Yes, I'm ready. I haven't won a title, but I have won a cup with Dortmund," Bonmann concluded.
