The head coach of Ludogorets Ivaylo Petev spoke a day before the second leg with Ajax in Amsterdam from the Europa League playoffs.
"For me it is important that we try to look the way we looked in the second half in Razgrad. A full stadium, the atmosphere will be incredible. I will ask our players to play and, if possible, even better. I hope to look pretty convincing tomorrow and play without fear. The opponent is motivating in itself", the coach started.
"The result is what it is, we can't take anything back. We have to try to look like a team and play with confidence. Every situation we have, look to develop it and score a goal. The most important thing is to go out and we play with a lot of self-confidence and not to worry that there is an extremely big team against us and 60 000 people in the stands. It's usual to have aches and pains, but to miss someone due to problems - I hope there won't be one. Maybe everyone who is with us will be available for tomorrow," said Petev.
"The match against Beroe was not bad, we scored 5 goals. Every win gives confidence. In the first match we had four clean chances that we failed to convert. If we had, the gap would have been smaller. Goals separate the games. I hope we have two situations tomorrow and score two. There are games where we make mistakes that largely bring instability. I am sure we will play at a good level tomorrow. For us, every match is important. Tomorrow is a rehearsal for what will be ahead. We need to check how far we have come as a development," he added.
