Ludogorets defender Georgi Terziev has undergone successful surgery due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee. The ligament reconstruction procedure was performed at UMHAT "Sofiamed" by Associate Professor Dr. Antoni Georgiev.
"I want to thank Associate Professor Georgiev and the team at Sofiamed Hospital for their professional work. I also thank Ludogorets for standing firmly behind me during this difficult time," said Georgi Terziev.
The recovery of the experienced defender is expected to take 6–8 months.
