The Ludogorets Academy boasts one of the most modern and well-developed infrastructures for training young footballers in Bulgaria and the region. The facility built in recent years provides conditions comparable to those of leading European football academies, equipping talents with everything necessary for their sporting and personal development.

The training complex is the result of investments exceeding 8 million euros and includes nine football fields, six of which have natural grass and three with artificial turf. All pitches are equipped with modern drainage systems and lighting, allowing for a full-fledged training process throughout the year and in various weather conditions. Some of the fields also feature specialized facilities for individual training, including a zone for goalkeeper training.

Within the complex there is a stadium with a capacity of 2,000 seats, where official matches of the academy teams, Ludogorets II, Ludogorets III, and the women's team are held. The base is also equipped with modern locker rooms, a fitness center, as well as a medical center fitted with high-tech equipment for diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of athletes.

Particular attention is paid to the recovery and physical preparation of the young footballers. The academy offers a recovery center with a sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool.

Ludogorets also provides excellent living conditions for its trainees. The Academy's dormitory offers comfort meeting the standards of a three-star hotel, with a capacity of nearly 100 places. The rooms are modernly furnished, each with its own bathroom and dedicated study areas. The children also have access to playrooms, round-the-clock security, tutors, and organized transport to the training base.

Thanks to this modern infrastructure, the Ludogorets Academy has established itself as one of the leading centers for the development of young footballers in Bulgaria.
