TERMS OF USE OF OUR ONLINE STORE
These "Terms of Use" regulate the relationship between "PFC LUDOGORETS 1945" AD on one side and the users of electronic (internet) pages and services located at the domain ludogorets.com. These Terms of Use bind all users. Using the services offered within the Site means that you have read and understood these "Terms of Use" and agree with the provisions contained in them.
I. DEFINITIONS
The terms marked with a capital letter in these Terms of Use have the following meaning:
“PFC LUDOGORETS 1945” AD
joint stock company established and existing under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency with UIC 201280347, with headquarters and management address in Razgrad, "April Uprising" Street №68A, fl. 7; VAT identification number: BG 201280347;
“Site”
the domain ludogorets.com, owned by PFC LUDOGORETS 1945 AD, through which orders for the purchase and sale of Articles between PFC LUDOGORETS 1945 AD and Users are made;
“Article(s)”
goods which may be subject to purchase and sale between PFC LUDOGORETS 1945 AD and Users under these Terms of Use;
“User”
individual or legal entity that meets the requirements of these Terms of Use and is successfully registered on the Site, as a result of which an Account is created;
“Account”
User’s account with a unique username and password for access and use of the services on the Site;
“Registration”
the procedure for creating an Account;
“Terms of Use”
these Terms of Use, which regulate the relations between PFC LUDOGORETS 1945 AD and Users regarding the use of the Site
II. USER REGISTRATION
II.1. The following physical or legal entities may be Users: individuals at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into legally binding contracts; legal entities and organizations that are not legal entities, but can acquire rights and undertake obligations.
II.2. Individuals who wish to register must fill out a registration form, which contains: first and last name, country and region; town and exact address, email address, contact phone, chosen username and password. Only registered Users can make requests to purchase the Articles offered on the Site.
II.3. An individual who, under these Terms of Use, performs all rights and obligations of a User on behalf of a legal entity or organization that is not a legal entity, may register and represent them on the Site. For successful registration, the person must fill out a registration form providing the following personal data: first and last name, full and exact contact address, email address, contact phone, complete trade name of the registered legal entity and address, country, region, Unified Identification Code (UIC), full name of the organization that is not a legal entity and headquarters, registration number in the relevant register (judicial or other), chosen username and password for accessing the Site.
II.4. The individuals specified in items II.2 and II.3 above explicitly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of the aforementioned personal data that identify the User by PFC LUDOGORETS 1945 AD or any third party, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (SG No. 1 of January 4, 2002, with respective amendments and additions).
II.5. After completing the Registration in the order described above, the User will receive a notification at the email address provided confirming the Registration. As a result of the proper Registration, PFC LUDOGORETS 1945 AD creates an Account for the User corresponding to the username chosen in the registration form. The User now has access to the profile and can make requests to purchase the Articles offered on the Site.
II.6. The User may not use the Accounts of other Users, nor provide their username and password for access to third parties, and must keep them confidential.
