Ludogorets lost two points in Varna

Ludogorets failed to beat Spartak (Varna) in a match from the seventh round of the First League. The game ended in a 1-1 draw. The “Eagles” had total dominance throughout the match, but a number of missed chances in front of Plamen Iliev’s goal denied them victory.

The hosts took the lead in the 65th minute with a goal by Samuel Mayor. Just three minutes later, substitute Alexander Marinov equalized. This is the first goal for the men’s team by the youth player from "Ludogorets Academy."

Until the end of the match, the "Eagles" tried everything, but brilliant saves by Plamen Iliev prevented the team from securing the three points. The best chance was missed by Eric Markus, whose shot went just millimeters wide.
