Ludogorets II recorded a second consecutive win in the championship

Ludogorets' second team recorded a second consecutive victory in the Second League after prevailing 2:1 over Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa) in a match from the second round of the championship, played in Razgrad.

The "Eagles" took the lead as early as the 4th minute through Aleksandar Marinov. The visitors equalized just a minute later, but in the 40th minute Marinov scored again and secured all three points for the Razgrad team.

Todor Zhivondov's boys created several more good goal opportunities but failed to increase their lead.

"A good start, but there are things we need to improve," commented head coach Todor Zhivondov after the game.

In the next round, on August 10th, Ludogorets II will visit Beroe (Stara Zagora).
