The young talents of Ludogorets come from all over the country. The club has done everything necessary to provide them with the best conditions for living, studying, and resting. They are provided with a boarding house whose facilities meet the standards of a three-star hotel. Five floors of the High School Dormitory, located in the very center of Razgrad, have been thoroughly renovated and refurbished so that the children and youths feel at home. The boarding house has 99 places, with the talents accommodated two or three per room. All rooms have a private bathroom. They are well-furnished, with each boy having a separate corner for preparing lessons. The young talents of the club also have access to three common rooms, equipped with plasma TVs and satellite television. The building is supplied with gas heating and kept warm, even on the coldest winter days and nights. The canteen where the Ludogorets children eat is very close to the dormitory. The boarding house has mentors, coaches from the academy take night shifts, and there is 24-hour security. Food, equipment, and transport to the training base are completely free of charge.

The club's academy is committed to the education of the children and youths in Ludogorets. The management provides full assistance to parents to enroll their child in the school of their choice in the city.
