Notice from PFC Ludogorets 1945 AD

Pursuant to Art. 95(1) of the Environmental Protection Act (State Gazette No. 91/2000, as amended and supplemented, State Gazette No. 102/2023) and in connection with the performance of Concession Agreement No. 331/15.12.2016 and Supplementary Agreement No. 1/18.12.2017 thereto, between the Municipality of Razgrad and PFC Ludogorets 1945 AD, we hereby notify you of the following investment proposal:

SITE: “RECONSTRUCTION AND MODERNISATION OF LUDOGORETS ARENA STADIUM” – UPI I 7260, block 317, Razgrad

SUB-SITE: STAGE 3 – SECTOR “A”
STAGE 5 – CAR PARK WITH 189 PARKING SPACES.
